Lucas Architects have been invited in collaboration with Urban Synthesis for a new school complex in China. Zigong Gov. Kindergarten is located in the old city of Ziliujing District, the site is surrounded by old residential buildings.

The project includes the provision of a new Kindergarten, 17 classes are proposed for the kindergarten. In addition to Class bases, Sports and Dining facilities are provided along with outdoor play and sports spaces.

The design has been developed to work with the existing landscape and is sensitively positioned along the existing contours.
